When comparing Donna Loller-Anderson's appraisal of the property to the property itself one might wonder if Donna Loller was in the right neighborhood let alone the right house. Donna Loller's appraisal was so fraudulent that it even contradicts itself throughout its entirety. For example:
1) Donna Loller took a photo of "the master bedroom" and the "living room" when in fact the room she was standing in was the dining room. The photos are, again, self-evident truths that speak for themselves. Donna Loller took a photo of one angle of the dining room and claimed it was the "master bedroom" wherein the "living room" photo was the opposite angle taken from the dining room.
2) Donna Loller's comparables are insanely false. Using her own map she points to one comparable's location an entire town over.
3) Donna Loller took a photo of the front of the property clearly showing a front porch, yet, according to Loller's appraisal the porch does not exist at all.
4) Things either existed when they didn't or they didn't when they did with Donna. "No driveway." There IS a driveway. "Property located in suburbs." Property IS urban. "No apartments nearby." Apartments can be seen from the backyard. "Propane heat." Absolutely NO propane heat. "Roof was fixed" Roof still has black tarp that leaks. And that's just a few.
5) She completely omitted the actual "master bedroom" which has a private keyed entrance and a non-working toilet. Funny enough, Donna added a photo of the toilet within the actual "master bedroom" yet according to her own appraisal the "master bedroom" was the one angle of the dining room...not the other because that's the "living room."
6) Actual living room was labeled as a bedroom. A bedroom that's attached to the ghost porch and front door to the property.
7) Took two different angled photos of the HVAC unit and the hot water heater to make them appear as though they aren't within one foot of each other in a tight enclosed space, under the stairwell.
8) If Donna Loller's own words and photos aren't evidence enough to her disgusting level of fraud then surely the math is *evidenced below*.
