donna's appraisal was beyond fraudulent and easy to prove.
this is a detailed parody of just how inept the appraiser for the fraudulent mortgage was. her intent for fraud is so blatant it's difficult to see how she was on the appropriate property. this woman falsified just about every box within the appraisal.
